Download version — for any LLM that supports instruction prompts and file uploads. You get the full package to run locally or in your preferred system.

Custom GPT version — for ChatGPT Plus users. Upload the core files and prompt to create a bespoke CPD GPT.

The AI CPD Builder works on any device that supports access to a large language model (LLM) interface such as ChatGPT or Gemini. This includes:

The tool uses a Pay‑What‑You‑Want model. You can download it for free. If you find it useful, there’s a donate button to contribute at any time. No obligations.

No. No technical setup required — just upload the files, paste in the power prompt, and start reflecting. The instructions are designed to be user‑friendly for non‑technical users.

You’ll get everything you need to run the system: AI instructions, reflection templates, professional standards, workflows, and style guidance.

It does not store memory between sessions. Each session starts fresh and and then formats your records for you to save and file in your own record. However, during a session you can bring up past records yourself, and the Builder can help you work with them. The Builder guides, suggests, and helps generate ideas and resources based on what you share in that moment.

Yes. The Builder includes mapping protocols for many UK regulated professions. When you reflect or log training, you’ll be able to align your work with the relevant standards so your portfolio is compliant.

The package includes instructions and a stable core set of files. Updates (improvements, new workflows, fixes) may be released occasionally. If you donate or provide feedback, it helps fund those improvements.

The ChatGPT mobile app sometimes fails to retain or process files uploaded directly from cloud storage services (like Google Drive or Dropbox). To ensure smooth functionality, download the file to your device first, then upload it directly from your local storage into the app. This allows the AI to fully access and analyse the content during your session.
